At Stiletto Womanhood™, we are committed to delivering transformational value in every programme, event, and resource. We understand that circumstances can change, and this policy outlines when and how refunds or credits are granted.
1. Digital Products & Resources
Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery (e-books, devotionals, audio/video content, guides), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the download initiated.
Exception: If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased digital product, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue or issue a replacement.
2. Programmes & Courses
Online Programmes (e.g., Crocs to Stilettos™ cohort)
- Before programme start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee, if requested at least 14 days before the cohort begins.
- Within 7 days of programme start: 50% credit toward a future cohort or programme. No cash refund.
- After 7 days of programme start: No refunds or credits. The full fee is forfeited.
Self-Paced Online Courses
- Within 7 days of purchase (if less than 20% of content accessed): Full refund minus 10% processing fee.
- After 7 days or if more than 20% accessed: No refund.
3. Events & Retreats
- 30+ days before event: Full refund minus 15% non-refundable deposit.
- 15–29 days before event: 50% refund or 75% credit toward a future event.
- 8–14 days before event: No refund. 50% credit toward a future event within 12 months.
- 7 days or less before event: No refund or credit.
- Event cancellation by us: Full refund or 100% credit, at your choice, within 14 business days.
4. Membership Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
- Annual subscriptions: Refund of unused months (minus 10% admin fee) if cancellation is requested within the first 30 days. After 30 days, no refund but access continues through the paid period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or credit request, please email us at support@stilettowomanhood.com with:
- Your full name and email address used at purchase.
- Order/transaction reference number.
- The product or programme name.
- Reason for your request.
We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method via Pesapal.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Change of mind after the applicable refund window has passed.
- Failure to attend events or engage with programmes without prior notice.
- Violations of our community standards resulting in termination.
- Force majeure events (acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions) affecting your ability to attend — we will offer credits or rescheduling where possible.
7. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your concern to hello@stilettowomanhood.com. We are committed to reaching a fair resolution in the spirit of Christian integrity.
